When you request a Quality Value Call, we collect your name, work email, company, company size, approximate quality-event volume and stated quality challenge. We may also collect correspondence, meeting notes and technical information sent by your browser.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, qualify the requested service, arrange meetings, prepare proposals and maintain appropriate business records. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business.

Sharing and international transfers

We use carefully selected service providers for hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics and customer relationship management. They process information only for agreed purposes. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we use an appropriate legal safeguard.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months. Customer and contractual records may be retained for up to seven years where required for legal, tax or business-record purposes.
